In-House Lease Plans (through us, no credit check required):

We have two options for our in-house lease financing plans:

1) The Standard Plan

The Standard Plan is listed next to each vehicle on our website. There is a purchase option with the Standard Plan so you can own the vehicle at the end if you like. The standard plan is our most popular plan because of the purchase option, and there are also really attractive trade options with our standard plan.*

2) The 3 Year Plan

The 3 Year Plan is designated by a green star next to each qualifying vehicle on our website. There is not a purchase option with the 3 Year Plan so you cannot own the vehicle at the end; however, the 3 Year Plan also includes a really attractive incentive to help you get into another vehicle for as little as ZERO down at the end of the lease or you can simply walk away with no strings attached.*

Wait, you mean I don't ever own the vehicle on the 3 year plan?!?!

We get it! This concept at the beginning is different for most customers, and we do want you to go into it with your eyes wide open. In fact, we know full well many customers shopping for a new car go into it with the mindset they are going to keep the vehicle forever... going to drive it until the wheels fall off because they love it so much! However, the reality is after a few years 90% of those same customers want trade into something new, especially when it doesn't cost anything to do so. The 3 year lease plan is for that 90%; but it is not for everyone, and we want to be clear it may not be the right option for you. Some customers actually do want to get a new vehicle and keep it forever. If that is you, the 3 year option is not the right plan for you, and you should instead look into our standard lease plan where you have the option to own the vehicle if you like. The 3 year lease plan is only for customers who want to put less money down on higher end vehicles and trade them in more often than you are able to with traditional buy-here, pay-here financing options.

Additionally, if you put over 18,000 miles per year on a vehicle (1,500 miles per month), this plan is not for you. If you do not take care of your vehicle, this plan is not for you. And, if you do not make payments on time, this plan is not for you. There are a ton of benefits to the 3 year lease plan, but it is not right for everyone. Please be sure it works with your lifestyle and expectations before signing up for it.

Benchmark Auto Lease Details

»  Standard lease plans range from 57-260 weeks and have a purchase option. 3 year lease plans are 156 weeks and do not have a purchase option. No security deposit is required. Mileage restrictions apply. See dealer for complete details.

»  All leases are able to be canceled early with a termination fee.

»  All vehicles listed for in-house lease financing are offered exclusively as operating leases and will have a down payment listed next to them under our inventory tab. If there is not a down payment listed, the vehicle is only available for outside financing or cash sale.

»  Alternative financing options are available. All advertised payments are subject to change based on qualifications, contingent upon approval and may not apply to each individual.

»  Trade offers and credit approvals are subject to change without notice and at dealer's sole and absolute discretion.

»  There is a 2.5% fee on all credit and debit card charges in excess of $500.
